We were plesantly surprised to be given an upgrade. The room was large and airy with a large window, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were so helpful and pleasant. We were only there for a few days so we were out and about but they did provide afternoon tea free for guests unfortunately we didn't get a chance to do this but that was a very nice touch.

Everything was great! Staff was friendly, room was big and with such attention to details! Great amenities, soft ballet themes, great design, comfy beds. There are even electric blinds so the room was completely dark in the morning - perfect for when sunrise is before 5! We stayed inside the room much more than planned, just because it was so much fun!

extremely nice hotel. Locating in a quiet block near D line station and metro U2/U4. The room is very clean and new. Really nice worker in the hall and breakfast hall too. breakfast is nice btw.

The room was very clean and the location was great, the staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast and lounge. One can buy tram tickets, post stamps, etc... great service from all the people we met.

Great room and view, amazing location, great buffet breakfast Walking distance to restaurants, museums, statues etc, central location, staff were lovely and there is paid parking available a very short distance from the hotel

The facilities and location were excellent. We could easily access public transportation, and there was a beautiful park just a couple of minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was varied and delicious, and the staff were helpful, professional, and friendly.

What a fantastic high quality hotel! Bed was comfy, pillows so soft and high quality bed linen. Bathroom was spacious, plenty hooks and shelves to lay your toiletries and well lit. Luxurious toiletries were supplied including body lotion which is often omitted in hotel rooms. The magnifying mirror was great for applying make up. Breakfast area was lovely with tables spaced out and bottles of water on each table. Great selection of foodstuffs to suit all tastes which was buffet style and tea and coffee waiter service. They also offered a free tea and cake every afternoon which I thought was a nice touch. All staff were very extremely friendly and accommodating, especially Stefan on reception who was amazing, advising us on attractions and public transport. He took an interest in what you were doing that day and really made you feel special and not just another tourist. Overall this is a beautiful, tastefully furnished hotel. Everything is of high quality and I cannot recommend it enough. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel with great choice of breakfast to suit all tastes. Staff were very friendly and helpful advising on local public transport and arranging our Vienna Cards and taxis etc Also there is a fitness room and local running routes available to help burn of all the extra calories
